Wedding Cakes
My name is Aileen and I a multi award winning wedding cake supplier who has featured in Your Scottish Wedding, Tie The Knot and Rock My Wedding. I am based in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire but deliver all over Scotland.
I produce, high quality, bespoke wedding cakes that taste just as good as they look. With an array of flavours to choose from, we would encourage you to pick a different flavour for each tier to give you the ultimate experience. No judgement if you just want 5 tiers of chocolate though ;)
I offer bespoke taster boxes of six different flavoured cake slices, to help you decide. These come in a beautiful bespoke box with two wooden disposable forks so that you can dig right in. These are complimentary to every couple booked in, or available to purchase at certain points throughout the year. If you do go ahead and book your wedding cake with me after trying your taster box, then this cost will be deducted from your cake total.
You will be fully involved in designing your cake. I always aim to meet with all of my couples around 3-6 months before their wedding so that we can deisgn your cake face to face. Or this can be done via zoom if you are more comfortable with this.

Favours
I am a big believer in favours you can eat or drink! You can almost guarantee there will be none left behind at the end of the night!
Our most popular favour here at The Three Cupcakes Cakery are our French macaron boxes. These are cute 5cm, clear boxes, filled with two macarons and finished off with either twine or ribbon and a bespoke tag. These can be done in any colour (including gold, silver and rose gold) and are available in a wide variety of flavours. These are £3.95 per favour (2027 price).
I can also supply personalised iced biscuits, personalised chocolate lollipops and chocolate names for the kiddies!
Celebration Cakes
I also produce bespoke celebration cakes for every occasion!
Birthdays, christenings, communions, engagements, anniversaries and much more! These spaces tend to fill up very fast, usually around 6 months in advance so I would advise booking as soon as possible if you know you would like me to make your celebration cake. Macaron Towers
My French Macaron towers are a fabulous alternative to the traditional birthday cake, or to serve with your evening buffet, or during cocktail hour, at your wedding. These are displayed on a disposable stand and come in three different sizes...

A macaron tower with cutting cake on top starts at £395. This consists of around 150 macarons and a bespoke 5 inch cake. This price also includes a cake and macaron sample box. This is displayed on my custom made stand.

Wedding cake booking process
As soon as you are ready to book your wedding cake, get in touch via the contact form to check availability for your date. I recommend booking around 12-18 months in advance, particularly during peak wedding season (April - October). You do not need to know the specifics of your design at booking, this can all be decided much closer to your date. A £100 deposit secures your date in my diary.
Around 4-6 months before your wedding date, i will supply you with a cake sample box comprising of six of my most popular flavours for you to sample. We will then arrange your design consultation to chat all things cake! Design, delivery, cake stands etc. I will also supply you with a digital, or hand drawn, sketch of your cake when required.
I will send over your final, detailed, invoice six weeks before your big day for you to check over and arrange final payment. I will contact your venue where required to arrange delivery, and any other supplier that I need to liaise with (ie florists). Then on the morning of your wedding, you can kick back with your wedding crew and relax, knowing that the most expensive cake you will ever buy, is in safe hands.
